This storage rack assembles quite easily and perfectly accommodates my growing collection of Dewalt power tools. The shelves ship folded and unfold into a straight line during assembly. The only minor drawback is that the shelves aren't perfectly flat when unfolded, appearing slightly uneven. Other than that, it's definitely a worthwhile purchase.

The bolt guide hole is excessively large on one side, allowing the bolt to slip straight through. I don't believe this is a returned item. I plan to make do with the bolt/nut, but buyers should proceed with caution. The seller has addressed the issue. Rating upgraded from 2 stars to 4 stars.

After reading numerous positive reviews, I ordered this storage rack. The instructions were vague and took some time to decipher, though not too bad overall. The biggest issue during assembly was the rough threading—tightening the bolts required significant effort, demanding considerable force while carefully avoiding stripping the threads. Essentially, I had to force the bolts into the threads as I assembled. I believe the design is flawed, making assembly extremely awkward, especially with bolts too tight to turn by hand. Each time, I had to balance the parts while struggling to tighten them with a screwdriver. Adding hinges to the top and bottom shelves is a particularly odd design choice. After assembly, this tool rack is very sturdy and holds my tools securely. However, I deducted two stars because I encountered issues during assembly. One side of one shelf had improperly tapped screw holes: I manually tapped a thread, which started smoothly but couldn't be fully tightened afterward; while the other shelf on the same side had no thread at all. Ultimately, I drilled through both holes and secured them with slightly longer bolts and nuts. While this resolved the issue without compromising load-bearing capacity, it required extra steps and additional hardware.
