I say “compact,” but that's not quite accurate. The seat is spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating even larger hips. Craftsmanship is excellent, and assembly is straightforward. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow—assembly takes just minutes with no effort. The number of parts is just right, requiring no spare components, and the rolling/gliding action is smooth and effortless. The wheels resemble those found on large inline skates. Although marketed for “salon/spa” use, I bought it for my husband as a work cart. He's thoroughly satisfied—it glides smoothly, offers comfortable seating, and features adjustable height.

I used a similar chair at the office before and absolutely loved it. I've been wanting to get one for my home study, but the office chair costs thousands of dollars. Following my massage therapist's recommendation, I purchased this stool to improve my posture and alleviate back pain. Why choose this product over others?:The brand's standard stools are equally well-made. Though I'm unsure of the exact anatomical reason, I always find myself wanting to spread my legs for comfort on regular stools—yet struggle to maintain that position. This stool allows my legs to naturally spread apart while keeping my torso upright and relaxed, an experience surpassing any seat I've used. The circular footrest at the base is a favorite feature, even though I frequently shift my foot position. I enjoy rocking while seated, and this stool allows me to sway freely. When the stool arrived, both the leg frame at the wheel connection and the height adjustment rod had extensive scratches. Returning it just to get an undamaged stool isn't worth the hassle. I purchased this stool for use as a dental hygienist, and was very satisfied with the first one I bought. It rolls smoothly on hard floors and doesn't slip during work—exactly what I wanted. Later, needing to work at two clinics, I bought a second one. However, as shown in the photo, one of its legs is slightly bent, causing the wheel to get stuck and preventing it from rolling. This slightly used stool frequently appears beside my workbench and arcade cabinet. It's quite comfortable even after sitting for two hours. I purchased this to furnish my semi-permanent makeup studio. I also hold a nail technician license, so I hoped it could be used for pedicures too. The chair arrived on time and was easy to assemble. It's comfortable to sit in, but I haven't noticed any improvement in posture. I do patchwork, and I bought this chair specifically because I don't need a backrest when sitting at my sewing machine. The problem is I often have to get up to cut fabric or iron my projects. Each time I return to the sewing machine, I have to re-locate the saddle's raised support point. Often, I can't find it accurately, leading to severe lower back pain. If I'd known this, I would have bought a model with a backrest to solve the problem—a reminder to everyone: if you need to get up frequently to work, be sure to choose a chair with a backrest.

The assembly instructions are a bit vague. Actually, the wheels just need to be pressed firmly to snap into place. This is a very unique seat that takes some time to get used to. I keep it by my workbench in the garage. The lack of armrests doesn't interfere with my work.
