This is an exceptionally comfortable chair with a superb seating experience, and I've been using it quite frequently lately. However, I feel the base design could be improved—it feels a bit cramped for me. Increasing the base diameter would enhance stability significantly. The wheel performance is also quite disappointing. They barely rotate freely, making it difficult to move quickly across the room even on smooth, hard surfaces.

The office required smaller chairs. After assembly and adjustment to the highest setting, the seat height could not be lowered using the adjustment mechanism. It was later discovered that sitting on the chair was necessary to lower it. At the highest setting, leaning forward felt unstable, with a risk of tipping over. The chair's weight capacity is absolutely unsuitable for individuals weighing over 180 pounds (approximately 82 kilograms).

I'm a licensed massage therapist working in a small room. The stool I used before had a base/wheel that stuck out significantly, constantly bumping into things whenever I moved around the massage table. This stool's base/wheel doesn't protrude at all, allowing me to glide smoothly around the table without any major issues. It's not the most comfortable stool in the world—the wheels are made of cheap plastic and don't glide smoothly across the floor. However, after replacing the wheels with rubber ones, it glides smoothly now!

The chrome plating on certain areas is insufficient. I've seen this before and know these spots will rust eventually. The seat is extremely thin and uncomfortable. The wheelbase is noticeably too short. I was impressed it could only travel on flat surfaces, but it would likely tip over on curbs or uneven ground. Assembly, however, was surprisingly straightforward.

Honestly, folks, I've got a pretty big butt, and I didn't factor that in when buying this stool.My bad. But overall, this stool's functionality and looks are great.I added some two part epoxy when installing the seat cushion to boost its weight capacity. The item arrived on time and was well-packed. I recommend using a floor mat when placing it on carpeted areas.For the price,it's an overall great value stool.

I enjoy cooking my own breakfast. I fry a pound of bacon each time. Standing for long periods just doesn't work. Fixed stools don't work either. I'm 70 years old now and have limited mobility. These small, height-adjustable stools with wheels. Now I can glide freely across the kitchen floor: from the stove to the sink, back to the fridge, and finally to the dining table. This little stool slides easily under the table, taking up no space, and is ready whenever I need it.

I have a bad back and can't stand for any length of time. I also like to cook. This stool is just tall enough to allow me to sit and work in the kitchen at the same time. The wheels allow for good mobility and the wheel base is just wide enough to prevent tipping. This stool does seem a bit flimsy so I'm not sure how long it will last, but for now it's a good little stool.

This is a compact yet practical stool. My wall-mounted monitor couldn't be lowered, and none of the office stools reached the 24-inch height I needed. The product is decent, though the wheels don't roll smoothly enough. I only use it at home since I recently fractured my ankle. Hopping on crutches causes chafing under my arms and knees. Once, the wheels spun too fast and I fell. Also, setting the seat too high made it unstable when moving. Lowering the height improves maneuverability. I raise the seat when working in the kitchen and lower it for safety when moving around. Good luck!

If we are not able to provide the same items to substitute the lost ones we will either propose to the customer similar items or refund their cost as it will be mutually agree with the customer. If one or more items neither the same nor similar are available to be shipped, the customer can request to cancel the order entirely, thus the total cost of the order including shipping and handling cost will be fully refunded.
